  1. Defrost shrimp if purchased frozen. In bowl with shrimp, add rice wine, white pepper, sesame oil, cornstarch. Just follow ur gut.
  2. Dice carrot.
  3. Chop up green onion
  4. Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes.
  5. Heat oil in pan.
  6. Sear tofu on one side.
  7. Make space in the middle of the pan and add diced carrots, ginger, and the whites of the green onion
  8. Once carrots are mostly cooked, make space in the middle again and add the shrimp with all the starchy fluid.
  9. Once shrimp is cooked through, mix all ingredients together gently.
  10. Add soy sauce, salt, and black vinegar to taste
  11. Sprinkle on the green part of the green onion.
