Shrimp tofu

Ingredients
- shrimp
- 1 block of soft tofu
- frozen edamame
- 1 carrot
- grated ginger
- 1 green onion
- rice wine
- white pepper
- sesame oil
- cornstarch
- soy sauce
- black vinegar
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Defrost shrimp if purchased frozen. In bowl with shrimp, add rice wine, white pepper, sesame oil, cornstarch. Just follow ur gut.
- Dice carrot.
- Chop up green onion
- Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes.
- Heat oil in pan.
- Sear tofu on one side.
- Make space in the middle of the pan and add diced carrots, ginger, and the whites of the green onion
- Once carrots are mostly cooked, make space in the middle again and add the shrimp with all the starchy fluid.
- Once shrimp is cooked through, mix all ingredients together gently.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and black vinegar to taste
- Sprinkle on the green part of the green onion.
